One pot dishes come to my rescue on busy days. They’re easy to make and easy to clean up. First decide what your base is going to be. The three main bases are tomato, creamy or broth. Add a couple of tins of tinned tomatoes and some puree to a mixing bowl or jug, for a tomato base. Or swap that for some milk or cream, and a bit of cheese for your creamy base.
